So the Chinese lunar new year is finally over. Fifteen long days of overeating, over bingeing and pigging out on rich foods.
Now is time to do some colon cleansing to get rid of the alcohol, rich seafoods, heaty snacks, sweet cakes and all those things that we don’t normally eat in our daily diet.
Otherwise, our system is going to get clogged and we will be feeling tired, restless and lethargic. Normally, I will try to go on a fruit diet to get the system flushed. But I need a few days break to do so. Right now, I don’t have the luxury of time because I am in such a rush.
