The other day, I saw the most beautiful book shelf cum writing desk. I was searching the whole weekend for a perfect desk so that I can work from the desk instead of curling up in bed with my laptop. However, I am so, so sad that the L-shape bookshelf cum writing desk cannot fit into the corner of our bedroom.

Then, an idea dawned on me. How about getting bunk beds instead of our current bed? This will take up less space and hubby can sleep on the double decker bed. If I need his service, I will just ring a bell so that he can come down from his lofty escape.

What do you think? Bizarre, right? Ever heard of a couple sleeping in bunk beds. The husband is always on top.
