My hubby and I joked a lot about being dead. It is our way of dealing with all the facts of life. His bro-in-law who is only in his early 50s just died and he has some life insurance compensations left behind for the wife. Both his children are grown up so there is not much worries.

However, for me, I do wish to know how adequate we are all covered. There seem to be so many different compensation, depending on the age when we can claim it. So, the more hubby explains, the more I am confused. In the end, he told me to just hire a financial consultant to deal with all that because he knows I am clueless. I told him I am not going to stick around for these and hope to go before him.
