My whole family went for a movie on Friday. It is much cheaper on Friday and the kids get a 50% discount on their tickets if they produce their student cards.

However, with the increased prices for the tickets for the movie Mummy III, we ended up spending close to RM100 because we need to buy popcorn, coke, snacks and other stuffs.

With so much money spent on a movie, I think we are better off with getting some good theater seating and build an in-house theater at home. Oh wait, we also do not have the money to do that right now. So, we have to cut down on the movies as well.
